13. Can you wrap as a gift?








1. Can I return an item?

All articles can be returned or exchanged if they have not been used. Please note that we are not able to refund shipping costs. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are post stamped outside the 14-day return window, we reserve the right to offer you store credit.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving the parcel by email at info@rowold.nl. All goods returned must be as new, unused and in their original packaging. With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that you will need to cover the return postage.

 

2. How do I return an item?

 

To return a product to us simply follow these easy steps:

1. Contact us by email at info@rowold.nl within 5 business days of receiving the parcel. Include your name, address, order number and your IBAN bank account number.

2. Pack all items in their original packaging, on the backside of your invoice you will find the return address slip. Ensure that the packaging is secured, as we will not be able to make a refund for items damaged in return transit.

3. Ship to: studio ROWOLD, Oudezijds Achterburgwal 137, 1012 DG Amsterdam, The Netherlands

4. We are not liable for lost return parcels. Therefore we recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting in case the parcel fails to reach us. Moreover, we advise you to insure the package in case it is damaged in transport.

5. Once received, we will inspect the goods within 3 business days, and if their condition matches our requirements (that is: “as new, unused and in their original packaging”), the refund will be made within 14 business days. We will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund.

6. Please note that any return shipping costs will be covered by you.

 

 

3. What happens if I don’t pick up the parcel from my local post office or courier?

 

In that case, the parcel is automatically shipped back to us, and you are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping.

 

4. Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping. For exact time please refer to Shipping Information.

 

5. How much does shipping cost?

 

The cost of shipping depends on the destination, shipping option and weight of the parcel. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

 

6. How long will I be waiting for my order?

 

Many products at Studio ROWOLD are made by hand only after an order is placed and can’t be shipped immediately. For this reason, once the payment is received, it takes 5-10 business days for us to send the package from our studio. To calculate the delivery time for your destination, please refer to Shipping Information.

 

7. Can I modify my order once it’s placed and paid for?

 

Adding items to order, changing delivery address and other modifications can be made within 24 hours of order confirmation online.

 

8. Can I cancel my order once it’s placed and paid for?

 

Cancellation of orders can be made within 24 hours of order confirmation online. A later cancellation is not possible since we start working on your order as soon as possible and once this time has passed the work may well be in progress.

 

9. What modes of payment do you accept?

 

All payments can be made via IDEAL, PayPal (VISA, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards are accepted) or bank transfer. Please select your preferred payment option at checkout. You can pay in one of these currencies: USD, AUD, EUR, JPY and GBP.
