You can pay safely with us using iDeal, your credit card, Bancontact, SOFORT banking, PayPal, ApplePay.

If possible, we're happy to repair it! Send an email to info@rowold.nl with "(description and photo)" and we'll see what we can do for you.
I'd like to see the materials in person. Is that possible?
Absolutely! We're happy to send you color samples so you can see and feel the colors in person. You can request up to 5 samples by emailing info@rowold.nl.
What is the delivery time of my product?
If you order on a working day and the product is in stock, it will be delivered to your home within 3 working days.
Can I also order something urgently?
If you have an urgent order, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
Can I have something special made?
Yes, that's certainly possible. Fill out the form here [button] or send an email to info@rowold.nl, and we'll see what we can do for you.
I am in doubt about the color of felt.
You can request color samples from us so you can see and feel the colors in person. You can request up to 5 samples by emailing info@rowold.nl.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes, that's possible. You can easily enter a different delivery address during checkout.
Sending a gift? Leave a personal message during checkout – we'll handwrite it on a card and include it with your order.

Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand – sometimes you change your mind. Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to change or cancel an order.
We hope to be able to offer a short cancellation period in the future.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Absolutely! You can easily indicate this during checkout. Want to send a gift directly to someone? Then leave a personal message (at checkout) – we'll handwrite it on a card.
Can I exchange my order?
Would you prefer a different color or a different item? No problem.
Please specify in your email which item you would like to exchange. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will send you the new product free of charge.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
We'll ship your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be beautifully and carefully packaged, and a gift will be mailed to you. Delivery times vary by product; in-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days. Pre-order items ship within approximately 8 business days.
If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination, shipping method, and package weight. The exact cost is calculated automatically during checkout.

If I want my package delivered abroad, do I have to pay customs and import duties?
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may be charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
We have no control over these charges and cannot tell you the exact amount, as customs regulations vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to avoid any surprises.
Who will deliver my package?
Our packages are sent via PostNL for deliveries within the Netherlands and via DHL for shipments to EU countries.
Your order will be beautifully and carefully packaged, like a gift, and delivered by mail. We ship with PostNL, and within the Netherlands, a package typically takes about 1-3 days to arrive.

Where can I track the status of my package?
You'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to track the status of your package online. Please contact us if you haven't received a confirmation email.
If you have chosen to order by letterbox post, unfortunately we cannot send you a track & trace code.
According to Track & Trace, my package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything yet – how is that possible?
Unfortunately, it often happens that PostNL's tracking system is incorrect and emails are sent when the package has not yet been delivered.
Your order will usually be delivered within three days (except Sundays and Mondays for letterbox packages) after receiving the email from PostNL.
Not home?
Delivery in the Netherlands: PostNL no longer leaves "not at home" notes. You can check where your order was delivered in the PostNL app.
If your order is taken to a PostNL point, it will remain there for a week. If the package is not collected, it will be returned to Studio Rowold.
Unfortunately, we will then be forced to charge you shipping costs again to have your order delivered.
Would you like to have your order sent directly to someone else?
It's very easy – ideal if you want to give a gift, even from a distance!
This is how it works:
- During checkout, check the box “ship to a different address.”
- Enter the recipient's address information. We'll make sure the package is delivered there safely.
- Want to add a personal message? Leave your text in the field provided during checkout. We'll handwrite your message on a stylish card and include it with your order.
Please note: we do not include the invoice or packing slip with the prices with the order, so that it really feels like a gift.
Returns
Can I return my order?
We hope you're happy with your purchase from studio ROWOLD. If the product doesn't quite meet your expectations, you can easily return it within 14 days of receipt.
You can return your order as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure sturdy packaging – you remain responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your account as soon as possible.
Felt maintenance
Can water damage felt?
Water doesn't damage Merino wool. In fact, these materials are excellent at wicking away moisture. That's precisely why this material is so popular.
After contact with water, simply let wool items air dry. If necessary, lay them flat with light pressure to help the fibers retain their shape.
What should I do if I get mud on my bag?
Mud on your bag? Don't panic. The most important thing is: let the mud dry completely first. Dry soil is much easier to remove. Once dry, gently tap the felt to remove the loosened dirt. Then use a vacuum cleaner to suck up the remaining dust. Yes, really – a vacuum cleaner.
A few tips:
- Use a clean mouthpiece or hose
- Hold the felt firmly
- Move the vacuum cleaner up and down over the spot quickly and briefly
How do I treat dry spots?
For dry stains, a lint roller is often the best first step. A few good passes with a sticky roller removes dirt and instantly freshens the felt.
We recommend this anyway – it will keep your Rowold products in top shape.
How do I remove wine, oil and food?
Step 1: Wet the stain thoroughly with warm water and a mild soap solution.
Step 2: Massage gently to loosen the fibers – wait 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Pat (do not rub!) with a paper towel to absorb moisture.
Step 4: Repeat steps 1 through 3 if necessary until the stain becomes lighter.
Step 5: Rinse and repeat until the soap is gone.
Step 6: Pat dry again and let it dry flat.
Repair
Can I have my product repaired?
Absolutely – we do everything we can to give your product a new life, wherever possible.
What is the repair policy?
Is it a hardware or production issue? It's often easily repairable.
Has wear and tear occurred due to frequent and loving use? We can often repair that too, at a reasonable price. Please note: scratches, stains, and other felt/leather issues are unfortunately not covered by our repair service. You can find tips and care on our maintenance page.
