Shipping & Returns
To return your product, you must send it back within 14 days of receipt. You can return an undamaged and unused Rowold product to the address below. Please remember to include your name and your bank account number (IBAN).

The shipping costs for returning your item are at your own expense. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
If you return an item worth more than €50.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
